This mixed-use project utilized passive solar design and was tailored specially to handle the brutal Texas sun. We reflected the existing historic architecture of the art school without mimicking it, and successfully integrated classrooms, an auditorium, a gallery, a restaurant, and faculty housing with art studios.1988.
