Design and construction documents for an office building with retail on the
Pearl Street Mall. 1433 Pearl Street was all new construction and 1427 Pearl Street was an adjacent
historic renovation. This project received an award from Historic Boulder in 1998. Designed in
collaboration with Midjette architects. 1996.
